Off to wickes, buy some quick drying postcrete and tip it over the fence as they do it- should make a nice little barrier to keep it in their side

Titz Towers, North Notts

My neighbours once did this and apologised profusely as it soaked the veg patch I had at the time. However, it could be worse. I've a friend who lives in a mid terrace and his neighbours lifted the communal grate without telling him and he just vanished down it when he went to put some rubbish in the wheelie.

Genuine question, the answer to which might help you stop your neighbours from repeating the process...

If the pool has been treated with chemicals to stop it being dangerous to health. What might those chemicals do to your garden life?

The heat is making me cranky.. I am sure my neighbour never lets her kids indoors. Surely it is bedtime for overtired screaming kids.
