Absolutely no more than an hour but aim for 4 minutes asleep, which will mean that you havent entered deeper sleep zones. Too much and you can feel worse, able to do less and it could also affect your night sleep quality. I set a timer for when I estimate I will have slept 4 minutes. Absolutely no drifting back off after, else you get groggy too.
