The older episodes are still good but the new ones just seem tired and forced.

Herts

I'm afraid my yearly allowance of sadness was used up when I first heard that Family Guy were going to kill off Brian Griffin.

But obviously Stewie has a time machine so it's all good now.

I have a phobia of clowns so I'm highly unlikely to be saddened by him being erased.

I have never heard of a car marque called an Alpha are they new?

Originally circuses in Europe used a 1950's Alfa Romeo and later a fiat 500 for smaller events the Romeo had a back and side door so they could make it look as though hundreds of clowns were getting out. Having an great uncle in the circus leaves you will all sorts of strange knowledge.

Sorry to be pedantic, but he's Krusty the Clown, real name Herschel Shmoikel Pinchas Yerucham Krustofski. I almost applied to Mastermind with The Simpsons as my specialist subject

I know what some of them are like, its the frustration of always having the bonnet up an I should know I had a 105 series spider that was having an affair with my local mechanic.

It's called breaking down in style!

The 105's had issues but when they worked they were wonderful, I saw a fully restored one earlier today, I was nursing a semi all the way home!

Mine was a well used one that ended up like a flintstone car with no floor panel looked good but the roof leaked and it had electrical issues and being a left hooker it had terrible vision with the ragtop up it went to a better place in the end.

Rusty floors were always an issue and still are on Friday cars from the Turin factory (you can actually check what day your car was made!). First job on any of my Alfa's is to get the old underseal stripped and reapplied.

Electrics aren't an issue anymore as they're all Bosch and standard fitment to a lot of other marques.

They've come a long way since the Sud and GT Junior.

Actually the GT Juniors weren't took bad. In dry climates there is still a lot of then knocking about - in many cases more than contemporary British cars of the same era.

Don't get me wrong, they are great cars, they were just troublesome in our climate. I've seen some immaculately restored ones but the electrics have received significant upgrades and they've been meticulously rust proofed, same with many of the Suds I see.
