So do you have to pay a license fee of sorts for the copyright to be allowed to have Hello Kitty put on your arse... is that why they'll not be coming out in public... lol

I'd suggest flea powder if they itch at all... Also ake them to the vet and get them ID chipped and have the jabs against the nasty stuff felines can catch too...
