how can I tell a fake profile frome a genuine one? Can you please help?

It depends what you class as fake I don't think there any automated ones by the site.

There quite a few of fake profiles,usually men pretending to be women..Just google search pictures and see what comes up....

Been on years and no veris. No pics, no write up.

I wouls say use google reverse for profile images but thats not always reliable it can come up with some totally weird stuff nothing like the image youve searched with so use it as a guideline not as gospel. The best thing you can do is as others have said trust your own instincts if it seems too good to.be true it most likely is
