I make suggestive comments and flirt and push a bit differently if Id like a shag to happen. Otherwise most of us just use banter to lift the spirits and have a good time. The onus is mainly on a customer to be explicit in their needs and not an employee to initiate stuff to happen. The employee providing service can nudge and confirm interest but only after very clear interests being communicated by the customer.
