Is anyone else a fan? I'm not generally into musical comedy, preferring Stand Up, but he is pretty droll. 'Family in Rotherham' is brill

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I heard Lounge Music this evening.

I found it so funny that Tina Charles got paid to provide a cover version of herself singing for the TOTP albums.

I'm now singing "Can't Go Back To Savoury Now" as a result of this thread. My housemates would thank you if they knew what had prompted this and are now regaling each other with "Gordon Is A Moron".

Have you heard Pigeons in Flight? Im up and down like a brides nighty? There very good, better than Morrisey.

I once spent a hilarious two hour ghost tour of York, guided by a man who, unwittingly had the same voice as Shuttleworth. I had to stand at the back as i couldnt stop giggling. Perhaps Ken was his agent.

I've seen the trailer for the Frank Sidebottom film. Fassbender looks like he's doing a good job of playing him.

Disaffected youth on my garage roof...

Went to see him when I was pregnant. He nearly made me wee from laughing!

I saw mr sidebottom many times and I nearly peed before he uttered a word. His build up to Frank Gordon Saviour of the Universe was the work of brave genius. I heard many people around me moaning it was taking the piss out of us. What did they expect from a man with a papier mache head?

awwww, Tina, next time he comes round i'll give you a shout, Graham spends most of his time in a really remote part of scotland now where he has bought a place in the middle of nowhere overlooking the sea, he has turned it into a home with a recording studio

Didn't he do 500 Bus Stops on tv many years ago? It was hilarious.

"500 bus stops may see a tad too many

But when you are without a car

That number's necessary"

I've been to see him tonight and he's good live, although as he was in Sheffield, his hometown, I didn't get half the local gags.

The shepherds pie was stunning but ive just started me pudding.....weve all been there.

Could I also recommend a great Lancaster band (local industry n all that) The Lovely Eggs cos theyre ace and JS was in a video of theirs 'Dont look at me (I dont like it)'. Check it out on you tube. Great live too, and buy their stuff because theyre proper indie (if you like it that is!)
