Slipped into a size 16 dress this morning and feeling rather good about it Seem to have definitely dropped a dress size with all the 16/18s I've been wearing/having to buy lately!

What's made you feel good today?

40 minutes in the GYM

30 minutes in the sauna

And my dinner I just had

All made me feel good

seriously nothing yet, Iv been at work all day with a raging hangover but I'm feeling good about getting into my kingsize bed later

Just had me dinner, lovely salmon fillet. Followed by strawberries and ice cream. Then I had a Magnum, the ice cream not Tom Selleck.
