Good whiskey cocktails like the Sazerac or the Old-Fashioned, and an awesome gin cocktail called the Aviation.

hate it when a gin and tonic is poured at the bar for me...... gin ice and lemon in the glass . opened bottle of tonic handed to you...... thats the way it should be served

Love Westmalle...but you have to try Westvleteren. It is simply the best. If you go to Belgium sometime, visit the monastery - it is close to Bruges and Dunkirk, about 60 km away from the coast.
