Just don't you wish you could phone up a huge company, (got to watch I don't name names) without speaking to a machine to start, saying:

Press 1 - for......

Press 2 - for.....

Till you actually get someone.

You know where I'm coming from

Even almost every time I go to the bank there banging on about "Internet banking", maybe if they realised they could be doing themselves out of a job

Any other thoughts?
