Am working a lot in London at the moment and love the real ales after a long hard day. I've tried the likes of butlers head in central London and was hoping so on here may be able to suggest a few good pubs. I like the small tucked away olde worlde type places with character....

Pick any station on the circle line and you will find a wonderful real ale pub/bar within 100yds of the entrance (makes for a really boozy pub crawl)!

Last time I was in London with work we went to a place round the corner from Victoria station called Craft (iirc)

Plenty of cask choice and a great selection of bottled craft beer too

Spent last week working down there and found some great pubs tucked away mainly around Central London, Coventry garden, embankment type areas. Was pleasantly surprised on average about £3.60 a pint which isn't too bad.....

Down again soon and my quest will continue
