yes look at me - i wasnt going to put this up but im chuffed to bits with myself - i had a career change just before i was 50 - and i have just passed my level 3 nvq in adult health and social care ( i have passed 5 awards in all) - just waiting on the certificates now - us oldies still have it

when I was in hospital recently the HCAs were marvellous, I take my hat off to you its a difficult and demanding job.

when I was in hospital recently the HCAs were marvellous, I take my hat off to you its a difficult and demanding job."

im thinking a full days work - with travel at each end would be great - currently a mental health community carer - spend hours driving from home to home for no pay
