I've read this a lot in the forums lately.

Because of the ratio of women to men on here, woman can be picky !?!?

Are we supposed to just Shag anything then? How ever big or small the ratio was, I'd still be picky~wouldn't you?

I was criticised in the Forums once for daring to say I had standards but there you go!

Nowt wrong with being picky. Plenty of fugloids on here that get plenty of cock that wouldnt get pulled in a pub or a nightclub. But its hard for a lad to convince women to meet as they are in a sea of men. Hard to decypher what type of profile and message with stand out in order to get a reply. I know that some men put fake pics up and tell lies, and it works for some. Gone off on a tangent now, but lot of lads that get nowt resort to the fugloids and even tv's as they are frustrated with no luck. Why do you and some others assume ugly people dont pull in a bar or nightclub? Some may think I'm ugly, yet I can pull in the supermarket. When I read that on a profile, I don't see it as anything else other than to manage the expectations of guys - in a way, the member is saying, "I have lots of choice on here, so a shag isn't automatic because you have messaged me"

Most people know we all have standards, some simply think with what they have between their legs, so expectations run high…. when this happens, all of that has to be controlled and it helps to reduce the negative responses when you send a rejection.

In my opinion which may not always ring true. The statement that those who meet a lot aren't picky is quite different to the statement that those who are picky don't meet a lot.

Now, to define what is 'a lot' is quite subjective. And that depends on each person. Someone may attend clubs and meet many there whilst others may tend to meet more privately. No one can judge someone on who they chose to meet - we don't know anyones selection criteria for choosing meets.

Maybe 'picky' is not the most appropriate choice of words.
