Has anyone else noticed how wrong the beeb are getting it lately, according to this mornings report, come 4pm it would be a monsoon over the north west for the rest of the evening, I left work at 4.30 only to find there wasn't a cloud in the sky?

trouble is, they still use sea and fir cones to do the predicting, and if the cows are standing up or laying down etc

Not much as changed there then

I always remembered some days they,d get

it wrong rain or shine but the following evening usually another forecaster either

way yer never got a apologie for them Being wrong the previous night which is understandable to a extent but bl**dy

Iritateing I like to work off my Barometer readings which can handle Some

weather systems but can miss others.

usually rogue thunderstorms or heavy down pours passing through quickly.

what we tend to do, is watch ALL the channels forecast and listen to ALL the ones on the radio, then pick whichever one is best and go with that one
