A shop to own...

If you could pick any sort of retail type store to own/run what would it be and why?

I'm torn between a craft store (mostly crochet/knitting yarn), pattern books, with a section set aside for the fab happy hookers to meet and drink tea and gossip obviously OR a wedding dress shop.

Oi! I want to do that only mine will have a small garden with a tree for people to sit under on blankets. I suppose we are far enough away from each other to make it possible

A shop that specifically caters for the smaller woman, as there is a distinct lack in the market place!

Yes, making tea for the regulars, also reading books so you can recommend stuff to people and you can also handle the enquiries as to why the shop doesn't have a website. Plus, you could water the many hanging baskets on the front of the shop. I can't get close enough to the wall.

I have a few from my nans, my mum has my favourite pieces though, two teapots. One is a caricature of Ronald Reagan the other is a caricature of Margaret Thatcher (think along the lines of the Spitting Image puppets). They're in my mums will to come to me, if I don't steal them first!

I know it is not a retail thing, but i have always wanted to own and run an old american style 60's cabaret bar. The type you see in the mob movies where all the tables have lamps on them(think goodfellas). And you get good swing and big band acts performing. You can have a meal a drink and watch the show....One of these days

A second hand sex shop. Some people are on tight budgets and they deserve the same sexual fun as the rest of us.

Maybe they cant afford to find £34.99 + P/P for the new 'Penis Pump 2000' so they could pick up a used (but like new) for say £8.

Same for ladies toys and clothes too, I would also have an online side to this as I know the stigma attached with walking into a SEX shop on the high street.
