I know loads but they are all for with herbalife shakes.

But I have found any summer fruit blended with milk ice cubes and a banana are amazing, we do that one with vanilla herbalife but you can add essences.

The best way is to experiment Paul had banana apricot and vanilla f1 today

Shel had banana, cookies f1, p2b powder, milk and ice cubes.

If you are looking at having then as meal replacement then you need something like herbalife f1 to give you the protein you need.

If as a drink then just experiment with different fruits, try different milks such as hazelnut milk etc or unsweetened juice

Settle a teaspoon of powdered sea (kelp) in double the volume of water and let it soak, giving it a stir.

To a blender, add bananas, grapefruit, mango, celery and pouring yoghurt and then a fruit juice of your liking, then add the sea.

It wont taste weird and will be easy to drink but filling. The sea will stop you going hungry and will provide you with most of the iodine you need each day, which is like battery juice for your metabolism and brain function.

The rest will balance your body's Ph making sure that you also detox very subtly.
