The World Cup weight is over

So the World Cup is over, and if like me you have over indulged, over the last 4 weeks it's time to hit the gym

I've put on about 4-5lbs lol

Anybody suffer this infliction during the World Cup ??

No the world cup is not highly waited for buy me ill watch a few games here and there but not top of my priorities
