Gutted for khedira tonight. He was immense against Brazil, but to get injured in the warm up is devestating

It's probably the most viewed programme on TV ever they want to share the ratings. It's far from stupid

It is stupid. Why does the BBC need to screen it if ITV are already? I can understand two commercial channels doing it but not one that's publically funded.

Giving your rival free reign to screen the biggest ratings puller on TV is stupid. Neither channel will give it up.

I hope its won in normal play,

Both teams have give 100%,

we just need a goal now

I'd rather the BBC invested in covering things that can't be seen at all on free TV like cricket for example.

This just seems pointless. I really like the BBC but they do piss money away.

"

Errrrm, I beg your pardon? Ghana, England & Chile? How on Earth did you come out with that? My final four would be Brazil, Argentina, Germany and Portugal.

I think that works out right'

So some numpty said this before the start of the World Cup. I predicted Brazil, Argentina, Germany and Portugal (as you can see). Looks like I did pretty well, all things considered.

Thanks Brazil, put on a great tournament and the worry about protests and stupid o clock kick off's didnt really come true.

Best WC I can remember. The best team won aswell.

Well done Chile, Usa and Algeria.

I still think the opening thing was a load of bollocks and a let down, thankfully most of the football was good.

Usa v Belguim was the best match I saw
