Please can any one tell me WHY folks invite contact through polite messages then run and hide their profiles ?

yep agree with above maybe getting hassled by someone else .or they just are just happy talking to and consentrating on folks they are conversing with now ,and dont want to be contacted by other members through searches . as they have messaged you, you can still replie to that person and keep in contact via their message .

doesnt stop them setting up another profile under yet another name though. plus as i said maybe they are happy to just talk to u and not start multipal converstions with other ppl . surely thats a good thing for you lol!!

well still could be same senario they are already talking to afew ppl and arent wanting any new ppl contacting them . and you are just unfortunate they didnt wish to contact you back .these things happen and best to just brush it off and move on plenty more folks on the site

the wink or the block could of just been an error .maybe perving and hit wink in error and then blocked to stop recieveing a message from someone they arent actually interested in ect . easy to hit stuff on here u dont mean to lol . as i said before best not to try and second guess ppl as just drive yourself mad lol . sometimes ppl do thing purely for the simple reason that they can ! .brush off and move on hun x

The whole wink thing has driven me crazy and have posted a forum about it, asking what winks are for. I got loads of replies. I think lots of folks on here are sadly only here to take the piss and it spoils it for the rest of us !

Sorry I didnt say sending winks spoiled it for the rest of us. What I meant was theres an awful lot of folks on here that ONLY want to take the piss and thats what spoils it for the rest us yeh ?
