Being Gay/Bi sexual is accepted and rightly so,, my step dad is bi sexual and my brothers gay.. guessing its 'popular' these days.

Im not fussed but glad its being shown on tv and that these things are no longer taboo and people who are gay/bi can be proud and open

End of the day its about love in one form or another and beautiful to watch another human desire someone of the same sex

I worked in a pub in east London for years. The landlords daughter was a lesbian and his son was gay. I wonder if the storyline is based on this. It was rather a famous pub.

Being programmes of rather limited scope, soaps have to pack in as much background material to their characters and situations that they can be used for outrageous or shocking story-lines when needed. Is there a one-legged, mixed-race, bi-sexual ex-nun who's a drug addict with royal connections in any of the soaps? That person could provide many a juicy storyline.

Well people here do like a lot of things that are taboo. Most, make a good effort to hide their identity because they do not want people that they know finding out what they like, sexually. Therefore, I expected the people here to have attitudes that are largely liberal. unfortunately, some people use the anonymity to insult other people.

I think it s natural to see it stand out bcz we as a society are still in transition to fully accept it... Plus public affection is kinda of annoying if u r not d*unk and in a club regardless of the sexuality to many pplz... Hence the famous quote of Get A Room
