Been a really tough couple weeks and no sleep last night I ache all over am cold and feel pants

I really could do with a cuppa and a hug

I think I will go walk my dog get some fresh air

How do you all cheer yourselves up

Shopping and vodka or see friends or have sex....I try not to get down too often as it frustrates the hell out of me when I am...hope you feel better soon...there is sunshine after a storm x

- Cheerful music, I always find funky house works...

- Exercise (Whether Gym,Running, Sex lol)

- Going to a friends and having a laugh.

- Eating strawberries. Apparently they help release happy hormones.

Have a cwch on a sofa, go for a long walk on a windy beach or climb a mountain and enjoy the views. Hope you feel better soon : )

I had that last week for a few days- bloody cold in the middle of the summer. I jut ended up having a couple of early nights and dosing up on nurofen & vitamin c tablets that were lurking in the cupboard

I think finding joy in little things helps. It's certainly helped when I've been dogging.
