People I need done advice as I'm not great at picking up signals , or if there actually are any.

I was in a works meeting this week with an outside organisation. There were several of us at this meeting including a very attractive woman. During the meeting i noticed this woman staring at me and smiling, and at times when she was being advised of what information was required for further meetings she kept looking at me and laughing.

Upon the end of the meeting we all shook hands and as she shook mine she said thanks for my time and that she looked forward to seeing me again. As I left and looked back she was still looking at me and smiled.

Is there anything in this? Help....

Considering its a work-related thing, I'd say keep things professional: never mix business with pleasure.

(Or as the cynic in me says: assume the worst and she got to her position by finding someone to step over lol)

It certainly sounds like she's flirting to me... If she doesn't work in your firm, I'd suggest you ask her out for a drink next time you meet.
