When my wife use to have periods we would still have sex when she was on her period. No oral though. Felt different and a lot warmer for me and she said it always helped with the pain. We loved it when she was on full flow, but as others have said need lots of towels and a shower near by. She doesn't have periods anymore (which is good for her) but I still miss period sex.
