Is there a facility on here as to when you upload photos you can edit pics ie to blank out peoples faces?

Not that I know of but 'paint' might be able to do that, open it in Paint, edit, re-save it, upload it to here

No, easier to do it yourself prior to uploading.

It can be as simple as using paint program and erasing a section of photo.

But there are lots of free programmes that you can download. We use Photoscape..

Yes that's the point of using it.There was a swing site I used to use that gave you that facility ie as soon as you uploaded a pic it gave you edit options and was very easy and quick to use

When you upload your pics they need to be ready to be published, once and if they are approved. Best is to make sure that if anyone else's body is in anyway included that yours is significantly more prominent. Of course you do need permission from others if you include them. There are many free editors, including paint that comes with windows. It is not in fabs interest to have editing done on site as it would mean higher bandwidth and storage costs, as well as investment in new functionality. It would be redundant with there being so many free services out there too.
