I have recently had two men approach me claiming that they are famous - they have been shocked when I have politely declined. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, how did you respond?

Ive had this myself a couple of times myself, I dont bother now i just get my PA to drag them to my penthouse suite.

c.) They weren't famous, were talking crap and you didn't fancy them?

d.) They were famous (and therefore not talking crap) and you didn't fancy them?

And what if

a.) They were famous and you did fancy them?

or

b.) They weren't famous, we're talking utter codswallop but floated your boat?

Would you have bumped uglies with them then?

Sorry for all the questions - got some candidate interviews to do soon so am warming up.

One of them was a sports man, the other was apparently 'very well known' so a mixture of all the above. One thing that is a complete turn off me is someone who brags famous or not.

Yep I've experienced that and turned him down with a polite ~ 'thanks but no thanks you're not my type'.

Mind you if I known at the time what he would have become he might have morphed quite quickly into my type!!

I've had one person try this on and turned them down on the grounds that they were being a spanner.

If he'd said, 'Hello, I find you attractive and would like to meet if you feel the same way?'

Then, yes, I would have done, but to just rely on being notable is naff.

I was on a night out a couple of years ago with a friend of mine. She got chatted up by a guy from hollyoaks. When she declined he got quite nasty towards her. Funny how his tone changed when he was brought back done to earth. Lol

I saw Christian from eastenders when I went to vergin active in Bromley 2 years ago, he is famous lol (I just watched him train for a bit) then did my training .
