Do anyone else suffer with really bad pmt emotional but stressed out at same time cravings for certain foods blotted belly and pains xx

Yep hate it but I literally have 2 days were I'm useless because the pain is so bad strong pain killers and have to shut my self away. The joys of being female I just warn Paul in advance
