Single Profile or Couple?

Hi Guys,

We usually meet as a couple but often also arrange our own encounters.

I was under the impression that we can both message from the couples profile as long as clearly stating it is M or F and arrange meets with people we like?

However someone today seemed to get arsey and said we need single profiles. But we are not single and seems a bit sneaky contacting people with single profile when are married. Plus with one couples profile we can easily log in and see messages both sent etc. The vast majority of the time we are meeting as a couple too so seems silly to make whole new profile for odd seperate meet?

x

If it's working fine the way it is keep doing as you are. It's your profile to do as you wish with it.

North of The Wall - youll need your vest

If you make it clear that thats how you use the profile then its absolutely fine.

Ah thanks guys we hoped that was the case but someone got all arsey for some reason. Thought we were being more honest by using the coupel profile than making single ones.

We tend not to put meeting singles on profile due to the overwhelming amount of messages it generates! it really is scary and hard to keep up with the people we want to chat with. Leave it for a week or god forbid 2! inbox overload lol

If its working for you, and you state it on your profile.... then its up to you.

I personally prefer to meet what is expected from the profile. Therefore, I won't meet a couple from a single profile (happens all too often with single ladies) and neither would I meet half of a couple, unless I had met them both socially and knew it wasn't going to cause issues.

As long as you are clear and not misleading anyone one your profiles, then go for it.

Leave it as it is, you dont need to be a brain surgeon to work out if you're swapping messages with the M or F.

As others have said if it's working for you both then leave it as it is.

Just be aware that people might think it's dodgy- usually more when it's the guy looking. Some couple profiles are actually just guys pretending, in the hope it will get them meets.

It can work fine though with the right people. Good luck.

This. It can especially be annoying when we've blocked single males and it is the male contacting you, looking to meet alone.

It sometimes comes across as a couple's profile being used just to bypass filters, even though that's not always the case.

If you state it clearly on your profile, I can't see it being an issue. - We personally would create seperate single profiles (but that's just us). x

O o O oo

You could always have a single profile too and mention your couples on it....that way people won't think you are using your couples profile to bypass single male filters.
