Since I have joined this site I have noticed that the majority of women in here are BBW,curvy,overweight,fat whatever you want to call it to be politically correct. The men seem mostly to be of average build or in shape. This is just my observation since I have joined these types of sites and I wondered if you have noticed the same and if so why do you think this is?

For every 1 girl on here, there are 150 mean, so by the law of supply and demand, women have the upper hand. That said, it doesn't mean you have to hate on any particular type of woman. From the language being used, it almost sounds misogynistic. A big part of what I find attractive about a girl is her personality and the connection you make with them. Yes I like curvy women, BBW, whatever you want to call them, even though I'm not particularly comfortable with any labels.

Im a BBW (size 18/20) and the only one of that specific body type in my friends I also believe it or not get much more attention when out in the real world and on here and its mainly because Im happy and comfortable in who I am, and I dont need the pandering or attention of men in order to be. The reason for my success is just that I accept myself, confidence is the most attractive quality in anyone of any size.

In the UK 67% of men and 57% of women are either obese or overweight.

It seems probable that these stats would be reflected in any reasonably large sample, ie Fab Swingers.

It would be interesting to compare Fab, if it existed, with a similar site in say France where obesity levels are much lower.

Maybe then we would know if all sex sites are intrinsically different and therefore don't obey the rules of normal distribution.

However not holding my breath on Channel 4 commissioning such a documentary..lol

In the main you are not far off but people in general are over weight these days. There will be fat guys on here too but a lot give up as there are a lot of fitter guys who tend to get the chance to meet first. You could always lump in the self esteem or ego fact or in I have even heard it said the greedy girl thing is not just sex they are greedy over. I would think its more to do with in general there are more fat women than men as women have kids and often don't shed the weight afterwards. The one thing for sure you will find is its a touchy subject and there are many who won't like it and resent the question being posted.

It seems probable that these stats would be reflected in any reasonably large sample, ie Fab Swingers.

Spend a lot of time in south west rural France..not particularly prosperous...but have a totally different food culture to the UK.

Growing your own in a flat or small town garden isn't easy. My daughter's balcony barely has enough room for the cat let alone vegetables. I was thinking of growing my own but my soil is clay and needs lime too. Add to that the seeds,seedlings,loam etc plus digging over the garden, I went off the idea. Might have a stab at fruit next year

Clay is good for growing - just hard work for digging. There are loads of cool ways to grow things in small spaces - have a look online there are some really clever ideas.

Clay is good for growing - just hard work for digging. There are loads of cool ways to grow things in small spaces - have a look online there are some really clever ideas."

we have no outside space that isn't shared Also a walk to the market... maybe if I set off now with my 5 year old we'd make it on sunday. Our nearest farmers markets are on certain days but a 30 mile round trip.

Not everyone lives close enough to a market to access them, and likewise with growing space.
