Fookin lego used to hate it. Always standing on bits of it in my bare feet. Thank God my son's grown out of it

I only have one ligament still attached in each ankle, years of sports injuries have taken their toll.

on the up side, i recover faster from ankle injuries now

The other ankle...(I have two shite ankles) is damaged too.

I purchased a pair of spangly new trainers in order to start jogging, missed one step on my stairs on way out for a jog and tore a ligament.
