"Edging is probably best, as someone said, but you can deliver this in many forms, partly by slowing down and just performing little bits at a time. It also will help if you really focus on your breathing - slow deeper breaths. If you meditate regularly or just do repeated relaxation, you can also reaccess that relaxed state of mind on demand by using triggers, such as words or remembering where you were and how you felt. You wont suddenly come over all meditative whilst fucking, but you will significantly reduce your stress and sexually frenetic state of mind and body. Rehearse beforehand seeing it going well as much as you can. This creates a memory trace of it being no issue. Many ways to help it. " | |||
