Its the first time I have seen him do it to be honest....I will keep an eye on him. I usually get it scooped up and in the poo bag pretty sharpish, but I was distracted today, so he cleaned *heaves* it up himself.

If they eat their poo it's often a sign of something missing in their diet....i saw it on telly so it must be true lol

Unfortunately I have two lil dogs that do that as well. Was told it was either I'm feeding them too much at once, and they're not digesting it properly, or it was too long in between feedings. I tried both, and to no avail. I've had some success with adding pineapple to their food. Vet said it might deter them.
