When I was 18 and in my first job, I always used to give the girl I was sat with shoulder rubs when we were on the late shift. I found it relaxing to do it and she loved it.

Im really skilled and trained in sports massage. Hot stones are great too. Always good to do plenty of stretching, as this helps keep your muscles flexible and fitter and can help prevent injury.
