I have the book but to be honest I could probably knock up a pretty decent meal in fifteen minutes without it. I think he is slightly deluded in this and his idea of cheap eating.

Yeah it's easy really. Boil a kettle, get all ingredints ready, just get on with it.

That makes it longer than 15 mins though

my thoughts exactly ...this ..having a kettle boiled and a carrot peeled all takes time ..but they seem to miracuously appear in his world for zero seconds !

he does openly admit to this that the prepping isn't part of the 15 minuets its the actual cook.. Plus being a top chef he chops n slices alot quicker than Joe blogs.. But on a whole i have done a couple of them, n yip they were tastey n the kids loved um.
