Sad, but true, A few yeas ago Steve had a bit of fun and got into the best Bacon and Egg Buttie craze and had a group of followers on twitter at one point. There was an award ceremony and everything. With the best BEB going to a road side Cafe on the M6 near Penrith (Lake District area). 70 people descended on this place and we all ordered the BEB and presented them with the award.

For scoring points were awarded for Overall appearance, Quality of Bacon, Quality of Egg, Quality of Sauce used, Quality of Bread, Overall satisfaction.

But to answer your question, for us it is brown every time.
