how up to date should they be ..some of ours are old but if they are a true represenation of you does it matter ?

As you mentioned, being a true representation of you today. Ours where taken this year but will be soon changing them as I've found one more grey hair!!! Looks like I'll be changing the bloody things every week.

Personally we like to see up to date ones people can change for the better/worse in 2 yrs so for us def an up to date shot works best
