It is easier the more you do it. It also hurts more for other and less for some but that has a lot to do with your mind set. If you go in thinking it will hurt. It will hurt. It didn't so much hurt for me but was definitely uncomfortable to begin with.

You need to use a good lube for anal sex liquid silk do a anal lube called Maximus. It's also worth trying butt plugs first. Do it with someone you trust and the first time lay on your left side it hurts less then try different positions for less pain I like it when Paul enters me in a missionary position I find it hurts more in doggy. It is not painful at all for me, but I did not used to have experience and technique skills. If you know what you are doing then it is much easier and should not hurt. Rehearse, learn and use lube as well as get the right partner.
