I know the football have let us down but we still have some great sporting talent in this country.

"I know the football have let us down but we still have some great sporting talent in this country."

This is true but we do nothing to help them here. One of my kids has been headhunted by the yanks and she is going to University there for free yes FREE - all they get is her on their team for 4 year - she's made up with it... what was on offer in the UK... retirement to study and get on with her life at huge expense of course.

It's only in football and rugby that Britain makes itself weaker by splitting the country up.

The Commonwealth games are one of those rare exceptions where the sports do split up into England, N. Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

Don't you just play for yourself in tennis. Country doesn't come into it.

I have said for ages that we should have a Great Britain team instead of England for Football. We have Great Britain or UK for Olympics and Commonwealth why not for other sports too x

Because the English and Scottish FA don't it.

The English and Scottish fans don't want it either.

We both have very different identities where football is concerned.

There is the Davis cup where you play representing your country, but in general yes.

Would Murray represent Scotland or Britain in the Davis cup ?
