Any trade secrets ladies? " If you have building site knees I'm guessing they are pretty tough? Try a pumice stone, with a body scrub

"Do you use body exfoliant on them prior to moisturising? Do you bath or shower? Soaking in the bath for a while and using a body scrub in the bath/shower might help." I shower twice a day and body scrub weekly. I shall try each of the suggested things and see how they do. I might give the plaster a miss though. Tbh; it's probably plaster dust that's half the problem!!

" But the Number Seven microdermabrasion body exfoliator it's about eleven quid, use it twice a week follow up with a moisturising face mask and moisturise morning and night with Palmers cocoa butter.

Great for elbows, knees and heels as well
