"I'm just wondering how others keep motivated to eat healthily and exercise? Does anybody have any tips for an essentially lazy person who hates any form of exercise? I find I'm really good for the first week, can keep going for about a month, but find it a struggle and then the old habits slip back in and I stop any exercise and start eating the wrong things.
