Awkward moment

The other night was haveing a spooning session with a lady friend of mine was going for gold for about an hour and then all of a sudden it slipped out and went in her exit she jumped up in pain for about 20 minutes was very awkward didn't know what to say other than say i was sorry we didn't finish it off though has this ever happen to anyone else ?

i injured a woman during sex, she was on top riding like mad when suddenly she ran to the toilet in pain..it turned out id disturbed an old injury she had from martial arts some yrs before..she needed hospital treatment the next day, she's not spoke to me from that night.

I'm guessing she could be thinking it wasn't so much an accident... I know a few guys when I've said no, they've tried the "oops, didn't mean it" and it is bloody painful. Imagine something getting shoved up your arse when you don't expect it, when your relaxed and enjoying something pleasant...

Apologise to her, and reassure her it was an accident.
