User no longer on site?

I've had this come up many times from guys who have sent me one message nd then left the site before I've even logged in, but I always assumed It was because they got kicked off, or don't register properly.

But today I got it from a profile that I've been chatting to for a long time and was planning to meet with tonight.

So my question is do people leave the site voluntarily (I.e. He's running for the hills screaming), or are they kicked out for inappropriate behaviour (I.e my well honed senses for picking out a weirdo have deserted me).

O o O oo

If it is " User no longer on the site" they have left of their own accord.

Of course that doesn't mean they were not disabled from Admin before they left

I've left a couple of times for various reasons.

Often there is a genuine reason why people leave the site, other times it could be because they weren't everything they implied in their profile.

Happening far too often lately. Can be for all kinds of reasons. Even several people I have met a few times and been verified have left the site...they meet people. They decide they had enough. One accidentally deleted her account - back on now lol. You only need to look at some peoples verification summary to see that. Ones from deleted accounts stay on summary but no longer can be displayed.

I have left twice over the years but it is far better to "take a break" this option allows you to keep profile intact but it is simply not seen until you decide to come back

the option is their for all

I do it regularly. This is about the longest running profile I've ever had...

I'm always suspicious of new profiles that show this after only been set up only hours or days before and then message me before they 'leave'.

Central

Some users could be arranging multiple synchronous meets and get reported for it - then either leaving of their own accord or due to fab response. It can be just at the point where their pretend real meets are gonna happen that their house of cards comes crashing down. Always worth reporting users who arrange meets and then fail you, as it helps admin build up a picture of someone.

always wary of new profiles as its normally a single guy sets up a cpls profile msgs you gets a kick out of what you are going to do to the wife/g/f then leaves the site they just like to waste your time thats why thet called timewasters

This just happened to us for the third time since joining. Been in touch with the guy for a week, arranged to meet next Monday and he's now left the site, very frustrating. Think you're right, some people just have too many irons in the fire and eventually get found out.

Angus & Findhorn

there are lots & lots of profiles stating that they have been here before, it's cool.

they will have left for a variety of reasons.
