I have been wanting to go to Salsa for months now so did my first class tonight ... iy was great and even though feet are sore and legs hurt lol I fell energixed and ready to party xx

Recomend it to anyone xx

I love it and I am trying to get my partner to come along telling him the ratio of women to men is something like 10 to 1 .. he said he might come along

That is a lot better than in our local class - and although it does not matter really in theory - it is better when there are approximately 50/50 - would you agree? xx

I do belly dancing and that has really tones up my legs and butt and is also god for the arms too.

And other things, hip thrusts do come in handy

Go for it as its so much fun. We started last June and its not only good exercise its very addictive too.
