Wedding ring

I've just had mine cut off, because my finger swelled up too much!

I could:

*Pay to get it resized

*Buy a new one

*Wait until I can afford to get my engagement ring melted down and combined with my wedding ring and have the diamond put into it.

Any other ideas?! I'm not sure what to do! Money is a little tight.

Can't it be joined again?

I made ours. The silver was cheap but cost a few blisters from hammering!

Possibly, but its white gold, so a bit more complicated.

White gold should be easier to work with. I'd ask a jeweller or see if the local college does jewellery making courses and ask whoever runs them for advice.

I used to work at the local jewellers xD I know it can be done, but it will be expensive cos they've got to layer it to join it. I'll fix it at some point. Duct tape? XD

Titz Towers, North Notts

I think it perhaps best to bide and do something when you have the funds

I'd go with a rubber band rather than duct tape
