I hate days like that! Being shouted at or sworn at often happens in my working day. However today it's been fairly quiet for once !

I've had a frustrating day, one step forward then two steps back. But it's just one day out of the week and it should improve.

I dis have a lovely walk in the woods with a good friend and a right good catch up.

And I can't really complain cos I spent the last two days planning and booking holidays.
