Do you get p.m.t?

I am suffering with it something terrible but an hour from now I will be fine and dandy then an evil wench then lovely, then angry horny, jealous horny, round and round...lol it's exhausting!

Anyone know of any treatments out there?

Natural preferably...besides evening primrose cause that doesn't work on me.

I know of someone who suffers terribly and she has been advised to get lots of excercise eg walking. I don't know if it helps her but it gets her away from people she might upset or who might annoy her when she's feeling delicate.

that's a bit drastic but maybe a walk would help if you could make the time

I do but i find that as much as i want to dive head first into a chocolate coma,if I stay away from sugar and do some exercise I feel better. It is a nightmare though, and I don't notice it till I'm on the other side and can see I was being a bitch lol
