Spent hours watching Out-takes & Bloopers and I've been in stitches.

Did you watch it or the young ones?

Oh and by the way ... Fancy a shag

Yeah I was in YouTube catching some old Bottom clips. The chess game episode and also pin the Sellotape to the fridge episodes always have me in stitches.

Check out Richie doing his Kilroy! So so funny.

By the way may I say that's a smashing blouse you have on.

I've not seen as much young ones as I have bottom but bottom is hilarious!! Actually has me crying laughing even though I've seen every episode dozens of times.

I've got the first 2, hooligans island and weapons grade y fronts. And guest house paradiso. Think I might watch the series on Netflix actually not seen them for a while.

My mum used to say the way his y front were pulled up above his trousers made her cringe lol x

I never got bottom or, to an extent, Rik Mayal.

I am not a huge lover of slapstick and bottom was just violent slapstick.

Titz Towers, North Notts

I enjoyed the Young Ones, but wasn't keen on Bottom, or Filthy Rich and Cat Flap. They just seemed to be limited formats

The only Rik Mayall things I have watched are his Kevin Turvey sketches, the Young Ones and Blackadder and I loved them all.

Bottom and the rest passed me by. I shall be looking out for them now and I'll give them a go.

That film he'd did when he was the imaginary friend was good as well.

Got to mention Man Down with Greg Davies.

Rik is brilliant in it. Slapstick to a new level in my opinion. YouTube some.

I love the concept that a Dad shows his love and affection to his son by beating him up. When you see the size of the two you'll understand. Quality!!

Black Country

Eddie: At least we have got the duck.

Richie: What the name in Greek buggery is the use of a plastic duck?

Eddie: It came free with the telly.

Richie: We were looting everything came free with the telly. Why didn't you get a free telly with the telly.

Eddie: It would sink in the bath

So what do people think is the BEST episode of Bottom? Personally I'd say Gas, the whole episode has an awesome plot, so many amazing moments in it, and even features the legendary Brian Glover

Just watched all 3 series again and the two that still stand out to me are Parade, where they do a line up, and Terror which is Halloween and they get beaten up by some kids.

Gas is by far on of the best.

My top 3 would be

Gas

Burglary

Carnival

Shortly behind would be culture and digger.

Of course I have a VHS player, as well as a record deck, cassette decks, reel to reel tape player. I have plenty of recordings that are not available digitally. Tell me you didn't throw away your record player and all your vinyl?
