Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else

To be honest, it depends on the woman.

Some can carry off fakery better than others - it depends whether they're trying to enhance what they have or mask what they wish they didn't have!

In the end it does come down to personality, I guess.

Generally I don't go for the plastic look, especially not to the extent so many seem to be going to now, not keen on the orange tan at all, mind I prefer milky tone anyway, though my partner isn't milky in the slightest, lol.

This of course doesn't mean I would be interested in all the ladies that are real, or not interested in all the ladies that have a touch of plastic.

Plastic girls don't bother me as it's not a look I'll ever want to aspire to. If they are happy to rock the fake hair, nails, day glo tans good luck to them, they usually attract a certain type of man which is good news, keeps them away from the rest of us!

Have to say that I'm not a fan of orange fake tan........smells weird and knackers your sheets.

Hair pieces don't bother me until it comes to sex,bit disconcerting if it came off in my hand.

False nails are O.K if they're not too long, especially if on a bi woman.

As for all these wonder knickers, bra's and body shapers, what happens when they get them off?

im not keen on the plastic look either i dont understand why someone would want to alter themselves so much. I mean i wear a little make up when i go out but thats it and i get my hair cut and paint my nails (theres no harm in looking nice) but dont understand why a girl would want to spend a fortune on fake bake tan, 6 inch fake nails and hair extentions id rather see the real beauty they were born with, sorry will get off my soap box now

I sometimes wonder whether it is an insecurity that makes people want to change themselves beyond recognition. I own up to having a boob lift - not cos I was desperately insecure but because I wanted to have the boobs that I had prior to kids - no more, no less. For me it was just a visual motivation i did for me, not for anybody else including my partner.

Other than that I would never consider further changes or enhancements.

What is wrong with a gym.

Consider the cost of a 6 month membership and strict regime against the cost of one boob job.

Then there is the tummy tuck etc.

Nah I prefer the natural woman anytime.

Also I once visited a young lady who had a boob enhancement and because of her skin tones the scars were very visible.

horses for course although I will say this - I would challenge anybody to find my scars and my boobs look very very natural. Not all"boob jobs" are the same.

However, I agree with the bit about the gym and I for one am up there from just before 7 each morning except Sundays - doing cardio and weight training to "maintain" my body and to keep healthy and to manage the stresses of my busy life.

there's nowt wrong with a little subtle augmentation of the human form, but there are some very gross examples to be seen these day's.

each to there own, and power to those who have had improvements done, at the end of the day we are after all, all individual's no two will like or dislike the same things, it is our individuality that ultimately attracts others towards us

Absolutely, thankyou for that - you could also argue that ANY beautification treatment, wether permanent or semi-permanent, is an alteration and devaition from the natural state. I am talking dying one's hair, using make up, waxing (would you like those hairy armpits without antiperspirants, guys???) and what about those hairy legs you men dont like? Next I will mention eyebrow plucking and haircuts.

Remember even soap is a man-mdae product taking us away rom the natural state and pheromones lol

My partner just pointed out that you could not handl;e the totally natural woman - men would just run a mile ..but then us girls probably wold not want a flee ridden Fred Flintstone lol

It is just called progress and as long as enhancements are not extreme - hey who gets hurt by them?

"If horny wanted plastic he said he'd buy a barbie! "

actually.... I deleted that exact line before I posted in this thread......

I went out with a lady who had a boob job and went up for an "a" to a "dd" and they looked like 2 water balloons... did nothing for me...

I know a lady who had a boob job and you couldn't tell she had! I only knew because I had met up with her pre-op have to say that it did her confidence no end of good.. she was almost a completley different person afterwards.....

I suppose the answer is.. if it makes the person feel better or more sexy then who are we in the end to criticise.......

Pumping all kinds of stuff into your body just isn't natural. The nails or eyelashes aren't permanent but physically disfiguring your self just doesn't seem the cleverest thing in the world to do after you see what has happened to people in the past with operations. Why take the risk of complications if you don't have to.

I dont see the point; no matter what you do to yourself, the quest for perfection should start within, if you love yourself then you wouldnt care so much about how you're perceived by others.

Makeup, add ons without the needle or knife is not doing permanent damage but injecting poison into your face or getting your body cut up looks a bit like insecurity to me.

"I dont see the point; no matter what you do to yourself, the quest for perfection should start within, if you love yourself then you wouldnt care so much about how you're perceived by others.

As someone previous stated isnt percings and mainly tattoes doing the same. Its not natural is it to inject ink or whatever it is in tattoes that make them permanent(I know nout about them) so isnt it similar to a boob lift or face lift or lipo or then as others say, hair in places, makeup, fake hair and tan.

Yes I do want a man that wont wash as soap detracts from us in our natural state lol (yuk thought)

So I wonder if the men who say they wont meet a lady with lots of fakeness (as said above) are being hypricitical in relation to their piercings/tatts.

As always we all have a different gegree of what we see as acceptible.

For me personally its the person inside. Maybe we all have to look through the alterations we all have men and ladies and see the natural person inside x

See now some people use tattoos as art forms and piercing ears i dont see the harm as you can get nice jewellrey that helps make you look better without permanantly damaging/changing yourself. I dont have tattoos but do have my ears pierced and changing your ear rings can help make you look different without alot of work

jewellery can always enhance a persons look, but that to can be over done and make an otherwise nice person look cheap and tartish too. tattoo's are an expression in art form for most people, or can be used to cover an unsightly skin blemish

Well people do not get butchered because they are happy with the way they look. Looking at some people though they need more knife work yet a lot more.

Thing is - sometimes people are looking for enhancements and mean augmentation and while I completely understand that desire - that was not what it was about for me. I just wanted my perkier boobs back - stayed the same size DD - and am really happy - but then I was happy before.

It is so lovely to sse the different views on the matter - after all that is what diversity is all about.

The decision to have any treatment done is down to the individual and why should anybody care at the end of the day. Its a buyer's market, folks, if you dont like the product - move on and get over it.

My partner is the most confident woman I ever met and despite my repeated assurances that she did not need anything done, decided in her case to do it - because she wanted to and she could. She looks great. Who am I to argue - if she is happy I am happy.End of

Isnt it to do with femininity, and the preservation of such?

I kind of think if it makes people happy then I'd never criticise.

You do see some terrible boob jobs though. And my penoplasty op went slightly wrong aswell...

It's your body do what you like with it. I just get bored with the hypocritical twats who have something done and then start making excuses that their little op was not the same as everyone else’s little op… as if they want to elevate themselves from other scalpel chasers.

This obviously excludes reconstructive surgery and deformity correction.

I know the ones, they say 'Well i didn't need it but i was just restoring my self to what i was'. We used to get a lot of those in my last job in the private sector and all the staff smiled.

Yeah the “I’m happy with how I am and I wasn’t trying to enhance my looks” … yes you fecking were! Trying to recapture something you had 20 years ago is just another way of trying to deny what old age and gravity has naturally given you. At least have the balls to admit it… or are they getting those the next time

We did once have woman in who said 'I don't look so good these days and i need some major improvement or i am not going to get a shag' She smiled while saying it and i had a lot of respect for her saying it.

I kind of feel "Why judge anybody for their choices, even the most unconventional ones " unless it hits a button in yourself.

If I am seriously not bothered about a particular matter - I tend not to comment either way - but then, that is just me.

Other people may feel the need to comment or pass judgement - that's ok with me also.

O o O oo

There really is no need to type so aggressively, people were having an opinion on the subject, even though the last few sounded bitchy.

If people are going to add to a thread , don't be suprised if others comment on what they say....you surely can't expect the same answer from everyone and while it is admirable that you want to defend your partner, I am sure she can open her mouth herself if she wanted to.

I am going to have my opinion now, and you are probably going to accuse me of being judgemental but I really don't care.

After seeing how a lot of boob jobs look, I wouldn't dream of having one, they look like odd shaped balls and one woman on another site had one going under her arm pit......I have not seen one that looks real, you can tell they are fake and they seem to have a big gap inbetween them.

Having said that, a friend had a boob lift, her size didn't change at all, but she felt ten times better for it and her confidence came back that she had lost.......so if it makes a person happy to have any sort of comestic surgery then why the hell not.

I am beginning to think you can't have an opinion of your own here with some remarks that get posted.
