Ladies I think anyone can go and I don't think it's too expensive either! AND I think it would be a good workout! AND does wonders for confidence! I'm totally going to do it! I've emailed some companies, just waiting on replies x

I know a girl that has done classes, she really enjoyed it. The only thing she mentioned and has put her off after a while was doing the whole session with heels.

I say go for it and see if it's for you.

If the artiste has a good figure it can be quite sexy. One show we saw, a woman was too big for her outfit and the overspill wasn't attractive, but at least wobbled in time to the music
