The world isn't ruled by any one gender or person, countries or tribes or areas are ruled in different ways in different places, Some are matriarchs and to be honest they are about the same no better or worse.

India had a strong woman leader for decades but women's rights are a bit crap over there Premier for only 15 years but in power for closer to 40 years.

If people want the world to be better then we have to make it better ourselves.
