A free copy was delivered to my gaffer today. I immediately took the offending article and binned it.

It's a terrible excuse for a newspaper. No real news, just a series of adverts for Sky, Fox films and anything else owned by Newscorp. Their coverage of anything is so shallow as to make a puddle attractive to T Daley as a venue for his next attempt at diving.

Why? It Wasnt a personal attack and yu have done absolutely nothing wrong.

It was a natural reaction at seeing the s*ns name from someone who remembers and still crys at night for what happened, and MacKenzies opportunisim and manipulation of the truth.

Apologies if I've upset you in any way.

Maybe people who are not aware of how deeply the disaster and the s*ns lying coverage of the disaster can see how it really affected and still affects ordinary people.

The Scum has been boycotted in my city for 25 years after its disgraceful reporting of the Hillsborough Disaster.

Yes other nespapers misrepoted but their 'The Truth' front page became iconic and was accepted as the truth across the UK.

Its taken the victims and survivers families nearly 25 years to get the real "truth" out there!!

I suggest anyone who doesn't know about it reads the Independant inquiry report.

The timing of the free Scum post out is extremely questionable given the fresh inquests into the 96 victims are currently ongoing.

Lots of people all over the UK are refusing to accept the free copies check out twitter @HJC_Offical to see all the posters support etc.

Yes other newspapers misreported but their 'The Truth' front page became iconic and was accepted as the truth across the UK.

Its taken the victims and survivors families nearly 25 years to get the real "truth" out there!!

I suggest anyone who doesn't know about it reads the Independent inquiry report.

The timing of the free Scum post out is extremely questionable given the fresh inquests into the 96 victims are currently ongoing.

Lots of people all over the UK are refusing to accept the free copies check out twitter @HJC_Offical to see all the posters support etc.

Basically this. It is an emotive & sensitive subject for many people even more so given the timing of the anniversary & ongoing inquiry into the deaths of the 96. There are certain areas which will always get a reaction no matter how innocent or far removed the original post was from the subject. It's a risk you take unfortunately.

Not quite true. The sun decided not to post the paper in Liverpool or wirral. The posties are not wanting to deliver in other Merseyside areas. The paper has among others printed a lot of terrible things and most papers run with stories that will sell papers whether they hurt people or not. Every time a disaster happens it's blasted all over the papers for a few days or weeks or until a celebrity has another relapse or a baby. Or until a " better" story comes along. Papers are out to make money at the end of the day and you may not like what they print. So if you dont like it don't buy it.

I don't like it, so I don't buy it. It's just annoying when that right is taken away from me by having it stuck through my letter box.
